Session Description

This highly interactive session will unpack: Why most D&I programs fall flat and how to reinvent your D&I program to align with your business mission. Participants will walk away from the session with practical tools to 1) Bring power and purpose to diversity; 2) Reenergize existing programs and employees (who might be suffering from D&I fatigue) and…3) Align D&I to the business mission and vision. I’ll use the power of design thinking to, not just tell participants what to do, but have them develop/design new and bespoke ideas.

I am a respected Consultant, Diversity Coach, and Facilitator with extensive experience in disrupting the H.R. status quo. I have a wealth of experience in all things people-related and my passion and enthusiasm has led me to work in a wide range of industries and organizations including: BP, Accenture, Hillshire Brands, Pfizer, Motorola and Ford Motor Company. I am the Founder and CEO of Restart Consulting, Co-Founder of DisruptHR Chicago, on the Board of Directors for the Chicago Society for Human Resource Management and have been a guest lecturer at the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
